The Death To Blocks mod allows the player to shoot lasers. It increases the mining speed of the player, similar to the Enhanced Digging mod.
Only the https://cdn.growtopiawiki.com/uploads/8/8f/ItemSprites.png Death Ray grants the Death To Blocks mod.
