The Anomalizing Exquisite Scanner is an unsplicable hand item that was released as part of Winter Clash.

When equipped, it grants the Startopia skills: Exquisite Scanner mod which reduces skill fails during Startopia voyage.

There are four different types of scanners which are Exquisite Scanner, Anomalizing Reliable Scanner, Anomalizing Pristine Scanner and the Anomalizing Elegant Scanner.
It was used to earn points during the Super Startopians Grow Event. However, it was changed in Series 2 when it can no longer be used during a Grow Event.
