The Foil Hat is an unsplicable hat item which was added in the B.O.O. Update. One can be obtained as a rare drop from using a Boss Goo in a Spirit Storage Unit with a high percentage.
Function
When equipped, its wearer will be immune to the effects of Mind Ghosts.
