The Valentine's Card is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Valentine's Week 2018.
Function
Upon consumption during Valentine's Week, one Valentine's Dust is given to the player, while another random user online is given one Golden Booty Chest. Five Valentine's Dusts will additionally spawn randomly in the chosen user's current world. The Valentine's Card cannot be consumed outside of the event.
