Towel Rack Checkpoint is a non-solid block that was added during Balloon Warz Event. It acts like a Checkpoint. If a player has the Dripping Wet mod, they can dry themselves using this checkpoint, however they cannot remove the colour from the balloon and when players throw a balloon at players which are still coloured from the balloon, they will still earn zero points. One comes with the Balloon Warz Pack.
