The Adventure Tomb Gate was added with The Adventure Pack Strikes Back! update. Tomb gates can be used as an automated door that is activated by stepping onto a Tomb Robber and holding Adventure Item - Golden Idol.
Trivia
- Unlike other closeable and openable blocks (ex: Dragon Gate), you can plant seeds on this block whether it's shut or opened
