Zombie Hound is a pet hand item that was introduced during the Night of the Sewing Dead monthly. It is the most expensive item that can be bought from the Sales-Man with Zombie Brains. This item can also be obtained from doing Chemsynth Synthesis during the Pandemic.

- This item was previously a reward for placing in the top 3 in the Zombie Stomp Daily Challenge. It was removed due to too many players cheating as well as complaining over how unfair it was.
