Every year from the 10th-16th there is a special Valentine's Day event titled Valentine's Week, where you can get limited edition items including Angel Wings, Heartbow, Perfume and various other items.
Only through the event, Crystals spawn from rocks in worlds. When breaking upon the Crystals, you can gain limited goodies mentioned above. Crystals will still stay in worlds after events if they are not broken, but will not appear again until Valentime comes again.
