The Party Screamer is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2017.

Function

When consumed, the Party Screamer allows the player to shout out a party scream, which works the same way as a Super Broadcast or a Megaphone, except with a randomized party-related message.

An exclusive party scream only appears when a Party Screamer is used during an Euphoria, granting Confetti Rocket Shoes to the player:
