Party Fowl is a hand item which was added on Anniversary Week 2017 . The Party Fowl resembles Party Confetti and a peacock-like bird mix.
A Party Fowl can be obtained by playing for 3 years, over 100 hours, and reaching level 50.
Party Fowl is ONLY OBTAINABLE during Anniversary Week, if you missed the Anniversary, you'll have to wait for the next one.
Though the Party Fowl is untradeable, it is a battle pet and can be traded in a Battle Leash.
