The Mini-Peng is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added in The Grand Tournament update. One can be obtained from Prize Ladder Level 15 with Tourney Tokens.

Function

When equipped, it will summon a pet which resembles a tiny version of Master Peng. It will also grant the player the Slashing Claws mod.
