Function
 Doctors won't come near you!

When consumed, it gives the player the Doctor Replusion mod, which prevents players from performing surgery on the player for 24 hours. However, unlike the Apple, the Golden Apple can be used on other players, thus, it is able to remove other player's Legendary Title status for 24 hours.
Silkworm Food

This consumable can be fed to a Silkworm to give it a yellow color, thus allowing it to produce 1–10 https://cdn.growtopiawiki.com/uploads/8/8f/ItemSprites.png Silk Thread - Yellow per harvest. However, due to the Golden Apple's rarity, it isn't recommended to feed the item to a Silkworm.
