The Parrot Wings is an unsplicable back item which was added as part of Cinco De Mayo Week 2014 on May 2, 2014.
Function
 You can jump in mid-air! It's like flying, but less.

When equipped, the Parrot Wings grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air.
Step 19 of the Quest Of The Heavens requires the player to deliver 50 of this item.
Trivia
- The Parrot Wings is based on the red-and-green macaw (Ara chloropterus), a type of parrot well known for having red, green, and blue feathers on its wings.
- The description of Parrot Wings contains a reference to "Polly want a cracker," a well-known phrase which seems to have originated in the 1800s.[1]
