You command a starship!.

Your fleet has abandoned you.

When equipped, this item grants the Space Commander mod, which summons a spaceship that follows the player around and shoots red laser beams when punching.

Trivia

The Evil Space Helmet is based on the helmets of the fictional Imperial pilots—specifically, that of the TIE pilots—from the Star Wars franchise.
- A common misconception found within the playerbase is that the item was inspired by the helmet worn by the franchise's main villain Darth Vader. A post by the ex-moderator Zerkon debunked this claim.^[1]
The spaceship flying around the player resembles a Star Destroyer, also from the said franchise.
