The Cute Mutant Wonky is an unsplicable hand item which was added a part of the Mutant Kitchen monthly event update on August 6, 2021.

When equipped, the Cute Mutant Wonky grants the Cute Mutant Wonky : Punch Range mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further. It will also summon a blue mutant pet that follows around, and shoots blue comet-like particles when punching.
