When equipped, the Finias' Red Javelin grants the Punch Range : Finias' Red Javelin mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further. Additionally, when punching, the player throws the javelin. It will also mark the block with a symbol and scatter into tiny pieces of red particles.
The Myths and Legends : Mothman Rising mission requires 1 of this item.
