- As of the Mutant Kitchen update on July 27, 2019, the Slithering Serpent Hair replaces the Giant Eye Head as a possible drop from consuming a Rotting Fish Guts Club Sandwich.
- As of December 25, 2021, players have a chance to obtain the Giant Eye Head from the Winterfest Calendar - 2021 as a final day drop.
