The Emergency Dragon Claw is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added as part of the Dragon Invasion update on February 4, 2019.

Function

Emergency dragonic wisdom!

Your medical wisdom is no more.

When equipped, the Emergency Dragon Claw grants the XP Buff: Surgery mod, which allows the player to gain an extra 300 XP when successfully completing a surgery. It will also replace the player's punching animation with green flames and floating green crosses.
