The Celestial Halo is an unsplicable hat item which was added as part of the Strange Crystals update on November 13, 2017.
Function
When equipped, the Celestial Halo grants the Slow Fall mod, which allows the player to glide slowly to the ground when holding the jump button. It will also provide a special respawn effect.
