When equipped, the Neon Nerves grants the Neon Nerves mod, which allows the player to move faster on land. Additionally, this item can stack with up to two other Speedy clothing items.

Trivia

Neon Nerves do not Stack with Speed Medallion, though they do stack with other items which grant Speedy mod.
