I have to disagree.
Scams have been part of the game since the beginning, being an important part of the game and it's history making it an important piece of information. While it may push a minoritory of users to attempt those, it don't think it would be our problem.
Take rules as an exemple. They mention that "drop" games are illegal while they could simply shorten it to "scams" are illegal. It is very explicit and i'm sure it pushes few players to try those dropping scams.
