Your face is back!

When equipped, the No-Face grants the Mark of Growganoth mod, which allows the player to have its eyes and mouth invisible.

Trivia

Up until October 1, 2020, it wasn't possible for the player character to be fully invisible while wearing the No-Face and The One Ring despite their mod effects.
During the Quality of Life Changes update on May 20, 2022, the price of No-Face and other rare items were abnormally priced low in the Sales-Man. This was reverted an hour after the update was release and the No-Face was made untradeable so the developers can remove it from players' inventories. It was made tradeable again on June 1, 2022.
