When equipped, the Inside-Out Vampire Cape grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air.

Trivia

Upon consumption of 25 cape tatters and getting a Inside-Out Vampire Cape, a message will appear saying "You screwed up and made your cape inside-out!".

Every time the player jumps, a red bat is released out of the cape and flies upwards before slowly disappearing.
