As of an update, the Legendary Katana is a new Legendary item from the Legendary Wizard, rewarded for completing the Quest for the Blade (this is only a small description that will be edited later on)

The Legendary Katana as a scam (which can go by other names) is one of the false broadcasts made by certain people. Such item would not exist in their world, and worlds that claim to display one to the public (when in actual fact they don't) drive many people to punishable mini-game scam worlds, possibly to earn cheated fame.
 
Before the Legendary Katana update, the so-called item is simply a [[Black Growsaber]] on a [[White Block]], like this picture:
 
This item is probably untradeable so do not get tricked by people who say they sell a Legendary Katana.

The Legendary Katana is an unsplicable hand item. One can be obtained from finishing the Quest of the Blade from the Legendary Wizard.

Function

   None can stand against you!
   Maybe you should sit down.

When equipped, the Legendary Katana grants the Legendary Swordmaster mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster, punch one tile further, and knock back other players further. It will also replace the player's punching animation with giant golden slashes.

Steps

  1. Deliver 1,000 Iron Bars.
  2. Kill 100 Growtopians using a Game Generator.
  3. Break 5,000 blocks.
  4. Bring 600 Golden Swords.
  5. Plant 50,000 rarity worth of seeds.
  6. Earn 50 Growtokens.
  7. Deliver 3 Heavenly Scythes.
  8. Earn 10,000 XP.
  9. Deliver 800 Headsman's Axes.
  10. Deliver 100,000 Gems.
  11. Break 100,000 rarity worth of blocks.
  12. Defeat 100 villains
  13. Find 100 Radioactive items (via Geiger Counter).
  14. Deliver 20 Flamesabers.
  15. Collect 100,000 rarity worth of fruit from trees.
  16. Deliver 1 Golden Apple.
  17. Deliver 10 Much-Too-Small Yellow Shirt.
  18. Deliver 20 Flame Scythes.
  19. Deliver 20 Crystal Glaives.
