The Unicorn Garland is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Unicorn Madness update on May 30, 2014.

When equipped, this item grants the Rainbows! mod, which changes the player's punch effect into rainbows. It also summons a unicorn pet which follows the player around and can be trained as an earth battle pet. The unicorn's horn changes to a rainbow color while the player is punching.
