It's Player Appreciation Week, and that means it's time to celebrate YOU - the awesome players who make our game and community one of the best places to be! Get read to scrub in and turn your worlds into high-tech hospitals with our brand-new Surgery Update! With the SurgWorld Blast Pack, you can grab your very own Reception Desk and become the chief of your own Growtopia General! But that's not all! We're introducing the Auto Surgeon Station, the latest and greatest in patient care, ready to cure those pesky Maladies! Speaking of Maladies, they're getting a makeover too! These tricky conditions can now be triggered by specific in-game actions, so what your muscles, or you might end up with a case of Torn Punching Muscle after too much breaking! But don't worry, you'll have all the tools at your disposal to diagnose, treat, and send your patients on their way, healthy and happy! Last but not least, for the first 4 days of Player Appreciation Week, we're going all out with a whopping 50% more Gems on all primary store packs purchases! Despite what the day entails, the Trade-Scan feature was already reintroduced in a prior update.

Due to some technical issues, the third day of PAW 2024 was not introduced, instead all of the day 3 updates were introduced on day 4.
