When equipped, the Neptune's Armor grants the Speedy in Water + Punch Damage: Neptune's Armor mod, which allows the player to move faster in water and break blocks faster.
Step 16 of the https://growtopiawiki.nbg1.your-objectstorage.com/uploads/8/8f/ItemSprites.png Quest For The Sky requires the player to deliver 1 of this item. 1 Golden Dragon Statue may also be used as an alternative.
