When equipped, the Lightning Umbrella grants the Double Jump + Slowfall mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air and glide slowly to the ground when holding the jump button.

The recipe was originally from crimefighting; however, the recipe changed to Mines due to the former activity causing server crashes.
