When equipped, the Moyaimorph serves a fully cosmetic purpose.

Moyaimorph is a reference to Moais which are large stones with human faces carved on them.
Receiving the Moyaimorph will make the player say "My, what a hard face you have! AAAwwooooooo... The wolf spirit howls in laughter and turns your whole body to stone!"
