The Cute Mutant Boogle is an unsplicable hand item which was added a part of the Mutant Kitchen monthly event update on August 6, 2021.

When equipped, the Cute Mutant Boogle grants the Cute Mutant Boogle : Punch Range mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further. Additionally, it will summon an orange mutant pet that follows the player around, and shoots orange comet-like particles when punching.
