The Ambu-Lance is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Surgery Day monthly event update on July 19, 2021. The item was formally introduced on July 30, 2021, the date Surgery Day arrived.

Funtion

Mecha Medic coming trough!

When equipped, the Ambu-Lance grants the Ambu-Lance: Punch Damage mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster. Additionally, it changes the player's Fist to throw lances when punching.

Step 16 of the Quest Of The Mech requires the player to deliver 10 of this item.

Trivia

This item is considered a part of the Mecha Med set, which consists of the following items:
- Mecha Med Helmet (hair)
- Field Medics Mecha Med Scarf (neck)
- Mecha Med Shirt (shirt)
- Mecha Med Pants (pants)
- Mecha Med Shoes (feet)
- Ambu-Lance (hand)
Unlike the other items in the set, the Field Medics Mecha Med Scarf was added earlier, during Grow4Good Week 2021.
