When equipped, the Pineapple Shoulder Cannon grants the Punch Damage: Pineapple Shoulder Cannon! mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster. Additionally, it gives a cannon punching effect.

The Pineapple Shoulder Cannon drops in place of the Greezak Horde - Shoulder Cannon during Super Pineapple Party.
