When equipped, the Cardboard Nessie grants the Speedy & Surfboard: Cardboard Nessie mod, which allows the player to move faster on land and float on water for three seconds.
Trivia
- This item is a reference to the Loch Ness Monster, a mythical creature also known as Nessie said to inhabit the Scottish Highlands.
