When equipped, the Celestial Dragon Charm grants the Lightsource: Celestial Dragon Charm mod, which allows the player to emit light in dark areas. It will also illuminate a slightly bigger area when compared to a Flashlight.

A special button will appear when the wearer wrenches themself, allowing the player to customize or lock the Celestial Dragon Charm varieties, transition time, and more.
