When equipped, the Tactical Stealth Espionage Device grants the Punch Damage: TSED! mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster. The Tactical Stealth Espionage Device also grants a punch effect of cardboard boxes thrown by the player.

Trivia

The Tactical Stealth Espionage Device was one of the three items obtainable for purchase with Growtokens added on Player Appreciation Week 2020 Day 3, alongside the Growboy and Really Dangerous Pet Llama.
The Tactical Stealth Espionage Device was accidentally made tradeable for a few hours on May 1, 2021, as it was supposed to be the Rift Cape that should have been made tradable. Thus, droppped or displayed Tactical Stealth Espionage Devices can be found in-game.
The Tactical Stealth Espionage Device is a reference to the Cardboard box from a stealth based game called Metal Gear Solid.
