The Vile Vial - Chaos Infection is an unsplicable consumable that was added as part of Blocktor's Orders! on June 13, 2019.

 You've been infected with CHAOS!

When consumed, the player will receive the Chaos Infection malady mod for 12 hours, which can be cured through a successful surgery. Should the malady get cured, both players—the surgeon and patient—will receive a prize.
