The Caduceaxe is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Blockstor's Orders update on June 13, 2019.
Function
When equipped, the Caduceaxe allows the player to increase the odds of dropping 1-10 Vaccine Drops when breaking blocks. The higher the rarity, the more Vaccine Drops you can get. However, it has a chance of breaking when doing so.
