The Giant Eye Head is an unsplicable hat item which was added as part of the Gross-Out update on May 1, 2019.

When equipped, the Giant Eye Head grants the Punch Damage: Giant Eye mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster.

As of the Mutant Kitchen update on July 27, 2019, the Slithering Serpent Hair replaces the Giant Eye Head as a possible drop from consuming a Rotting Fish Guts Club Sandwich.
As of December 25, 2021, players have a chance to obtain the Giant Eye Head from the Winterfest Calendar - 2021 as a final day drop.
