The Startopia Update was the main part of the 2018 July Update, along with the July IOTM, the Mighty Tiger.


==Starships==
Hello Growtopians!


In the Startopia update, starships were added to the game, being obtainable through Imperial Starship Blasts, which are purchased through the store with 20,000 gems. These act like normal world blasts, but instead of creating a certain world like a Jungle world, it created a world with only a starship in it. You could then be able to perform missions using the starship.
We're kicking things into hyperspace for July with a ton of amazing additions!


==Star Tools==
Startopia has arrived! Prep your starship and ready your Star Tools, because it's time to embark on a journey into the vast reaches of space! Explore distant worlds, encounter alien life, and fight your way through the cosmos on a quest to reach the Galactic Nexus!
There are 12 Star Tools in total. You can get 5 of each in the Galactic Goodies Pack in the store for 25,000 gems. Star Tools are like Surgery Tools, but for Star Missions. The tools are:


AI Brain: Used to protect computer systems and to engage in espionage.
Startopia is an all-new adventure for you to enjoy, with tons of new items, encounters, and opportunities! For more information, check the forums! To the stars, my friends!


Cyborg Diplomat: Used to interact with alien species.

Growin' up, back on the street
Built my blocks, did my punches!
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his I-O-T-M!

Jumps so high and scratches all your rivals
And all of Growtopia should be very hyped,

==Starship Missions==
 
The format of the Star Missions very much resemble the Surgery format, using different Star Tools to complete tasks, similar to using Surgery tools to perform only patients. These tools are obtainable though the Galactic Goodies Pack in the store for 20,000 gems, or by splicing Science Station seeds with Starship Wall seeds. Starship Walls are part of the Starship.
 
==Rewards==
Various rewards are given to the player when they complete missions. A guaranteed prize is a Buckazoid, which you use when purchasing from the Salesman, similar to the Caduceus. They have not all been discovered yet and added to the wiki.
==The Salesman==
A new category of items can be purchased from the Salesman, called Startopia Items. These items can be purchased with Buckazoids, which are the currency that you use to purchase Startopia-relatede items from the Salesman.
