The Winterfest Cracker is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Winterfest 2017.
Function
The consumable must be used on another player. When used, the player who has received the Winterfest Cracker will get either a Winterfest Green Paper Crown or a Winterfest Red Paper Crown. It also has a chance to spawn Royal Winter special event when used. Players have to collect up to 5 Royal Winter Seals dropped around in 30 seconds.
The player who used the Winterfest Cracker will receive any of the following:
