The Skull Launcher is a splicable hand item which was added as part of the Night of the Sewing Dead update on February 3, 2017.

Function

You shoot skulls at people!

That was pretty antisocial.

When equipped, the Skull Launcher grants the Rainin' Skulls mod, which allows the player to kill zombies during a Pandemic. It will also replace the player's punching animation with skull projectiles that create black holes upon impact.
