The only reason I can think of is, that maybe someone who works at Growtopia just is really close to the medicine? It's not a joke, the medicine is real and there really is no payoff. For a second I thought that maybe it was a fake medicine, <span style="color:rgb(106,106,106);font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:small;font-weight:bold;">placebo if you will.</span>
