=== Formula : ===
For a more accurate calculation of how many balance mooncakes you will roughly get, use this formula :

(Rarity of trees x Number of trees) : 10.000

The : is divided by, while the x is multiplied by.

e.g. How many balance mooncakes you can get from 10.000 pinball trees?

(53 x 10.000) : 10.000 = 530.000 : 10.000 = 53 Balance Mooncakes.

If you are counting more than one type of tree, use this formula :

[(Rarity of Tree A x Number of Tree A) + (Rarity of Tree B x Number of Tree B) +...... ] : 10.000

The .... means that you can add as much type of trees as possible (Please note that you can get extremely confused if you have too much)

e.g. How many Balance Mooncakes you can get from 2000 Fishtanks Trees, 5000 Pinball Trees, and 10.000 sugarcane trees?

[(2000 x 42) + (5000 x 53) + (10.000 x 24)] : 10.000 = [84000 + 265000 + 240000] : 10.000 = 589000 : 10.000 = 58.9 Balance Mooncakes.

In cases when you receive a decimal number such as 58.9 . You can round it to the closest ones. If the decimal number is below than 5 then you round it down, if it's 5 or above, round it up.

So 58.9, The decimal number is 9, and it's higher than 5, that means, you round it up, meaning, you will receive about 59 Balance Mooncakes. Another Number : 12.3, The decimal number is 3, and it's smaller than 5, so you round it down. Meaning you will receive 12 Balance Mooncakes

Please note that this formula is not always accurate, the Balance Mooncake also relies on luck, If you're unlucky, then you might only receive 1 Balance Mooncake from 100.000 Pinball trees, in which you should have received 530. Or the other way around, you might get 50 Balance Mooncakes from 2000 Pinball trees, in which you should have received 16 Balance Mooncake only.

Do note that this is removed for being unreliable. Also, drop chance may be changed every year, so don't really put much faith in this.
