Not necessarily, I believe that royal lock can also be useful for trade worlds from spammers as u also said if the ignore list is full. As for buycrystal u can use / to say stuff not from talking but from action (/yes ok I will sell/buy it, /no more wls pls, and more) and u can press the crystal above a block so it shows what type of crystal so it isn't necessarily a bad world
